KCP NA - Adding New Products

Downloading New Product Template

At the bottom of the Products page click on "Bulk Add Products"

Click on "Download Example" and save the file.

**Adding New Product Info from ePIM **

Once we have the template saved we need to remove any dummy data and copy over all the ePIM information for these new products.

Populating Shelf Conscious Product Information Fields

The Shelf Conscious data for these new products is not populated during that copy and paste process. The videos below show which remaining fields we need to fill and where to take that information from.

Brand, MPN, Pack Size, Display in where to buy, Display for Content Syndication , Obsolete/End of life & Priority SKU

Categories

The column titles that we need to use for Categories for reference:

• Category (Tier 1) (; separated) = Custom Field: KCP Business Unit (Level 0)
• Category (Tier 2) (; separated) = Custom Field: Level 2 – KCP Hierarchy
• Category (Tier 3) (; separated) = Custom Field: Level 3 – KCP Hierarchy
• Category (Tier 4) (; separated) = Custom Field: Level 4 – KCP Hierarchy

Title

**Normaliser **

KCP NA uses the "Normaliser", for all New Products added this should just be "1", as we are adding the Case level.

**CRISP Description & CRISP Title **

For reference, the image below is an example of how the concatenation for CRISP Description should be formatted.
